As my first twitter post says
Good morning #ds106! It's time to play the "Setting up all my accounts" game.

Or in the case of some: good afternoon, good evening, and good night. My name is Frances Lear, but by some strange logic from my parents that is too tedious to be explained and can be put off for another day when it’s not 9 in the morning, I prefer to go by Tori.
While I’ve been on the internet for a while, I realize I haven’t actually done much, especially not in the way of making blog posts. Unless you count Tumblr, but that’s less of a blogging experience and more of a randomized hell with a subject that is only determined by the other hells you follow. Still, I feel the need to link mine, as I’m sure it will provide some insight into the kind of person I am.
But back to the original point, I’ve spent a lot of time on the internet, but I haven’t done anything productive on it. For example, despite having a youtube account for years, I only use it to watch other people play video games. I am not good at making videos myself, but I did make a quick “hello” video.
And on some sites I have no idea what’s typically posted. Flickr especially. Do I post pictures of myself? Drawings? Random photos of things I like?
So instead I posted a picture of one of my cats.
Same thing with Soundcloud. I figured, since I didn’t want a rehash of what I posted on Youtube, I would include a couple of my interests into my first soundcloud upload: children’s cartoons and singing.
So, that should be it for right now. I’m very excited to learn more about these different methods of storytelling!
